Best Disneyland Hotels with Bunk Beds

Are you heading to Anaheim soon and wondering about the best Disneyland Hotels with bunk beds? I understand the challenge of traveling with a large family! Large families with two or more kids often need more than the standard rooms with queen beds in most hotel rooms.

Thankfully, there are several fantastic Good Neighbor hotels right outside of the magic of Disneyland Park offering the perfect place for a more comfortable stay for your family. Keep reading to discover our favorite family-friendly hotels with bunk bed rooms for your family!

What are Good Neighbor hotels with Disneyland?

Disney offers over 50 hotels with the Good Neighbor distinction. These properties are in close proximity to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure park. If the Disneyland Hotel or Grand Californian is not in your budget, be sure to consider these properties. They often offer free parking and are within walking distance or a few minutes walk from the parks. Disneyland resort is very different from the Disney World theme parks since it is right in the center of Anaheim. There are plenty of hotel options available and Good Neighbor hotels offer some perks.

Perks may vary, but in general, Good Neighbor hotels allow you to package your park tickets with your hotel stay. You may also receive a shuttle service to the parks.

They also can include discounts for merchandise and dining options in Downtown Disney. Each guest will also receive a pin and lanyard for her resort stay. Check your hotel’s website or ask your travel agent specializing in Disney vacations for more info on your particular hotel’s benefits.

Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort

Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim is a moderate resort option recently renovated within walking distance of Disneyland. The family suites called the “One Bedroom Toscana Kids Suites” feature a king bedroom for parents in a separate bedroom. The other room has twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa bed. Accessible rooms with an accessible bathroom are also available.

The guest rooms have two separate flat-screen TV options, video game hookups, and free wifi. These spacious suites sleep up to 6 guests with 355 square feet. They are a great choice for a larger family at Disneyland. Families can also enjoy a great complimentary breakfast buffet before heading to the parks!

Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites

Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites is another moderate resort offering family suites near Disneyland, California Adventure Park, and Anaheim Convention Center. Located on Harbor Boulevard, they offer a kids’ suite with a king bed in a separate room from the bunk bed room and a sleeper sofa by French doors. There are also two sink areas and vanity areas, making getting ready in the morning a bit easier. An accessible guest room option is also available.

The Galaxy Suite offers a fun space theme, the perfect room for Star Wars lovers. These also feature a king bed with bunk beds in a separate room for the kids. The convenient location is a short walk to the parks or use the hotel shuttle to Disneyland which is only two blocks away.

Families will also love the outdoor pool, flat-screen TVs, arcade, free Wifi, or ability to borrow games from the hotel staff. A fitness center and laundry services are also available, convenient for families or business travelers.

Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort Convention Center

Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort Convention Center is located less than a mile away from Disneyland. Family suites feature a king bedroom with twin-size bunk beds in another room. The kids’ bedroom is separated from the adults by French doors.

A full-size sofa sleeper is also in the kids’ room, offering another great sleeping space for kids. Enjoy a free breakfast, free Wifi, a fitness center, and a pool, only minutes away from the parks! This is a great value with easy access to Disney parks.

Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites is located only a half mile away from Disneyland with several kid-friendly suites. The two-bedroom suite called the family suite sleeps 8. It offers two queen size beds in the main room with the bunk beds in a separate space. The fifth bed is a sofa bed. The two bedroom suite also offers two full bathrooms.

A kids’ suite sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom with bunk beds in the separate living room space. A sofa bed is also in the kids’ room. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each suite. The Best Western provides a full breakfast for guests, a pool, and a hot tub making it a great option for families!

Springhill Suites Marriott at Anaheim Resort Convention Center

Springhill Suites Marriott at Anaheim Resort Convention Center is a great option for families that need plenty of room. It’s located only a block away from the Maingate of Disneyland and features an outdoor heated pool on the roof! Each room includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The kids suite with bunk beds features 2 queen beds, bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the separate living room area, sleeping up to 7. The family suite features even more square footage. This larger hotel room offers a queen or king bed option for the main bedroom. This fantastic property also includes a free breakfast to start off your day in Anaheim!

CAMBRiA Hotel & Suites Anaheim Resort

Cambria Hotel and Suites in Anaheim is another fantastic hotel with bunk beds in the Disneyland area. In addition to the family suites with bunk beds, Cambria also has an outdoor water park that your kids will love. The water playground features 30,000 square feet of water play with slides, jets and a splash pad. They also have a great pool and spa on site.

Your family will love the free breakfast before setting out for adventures in Anaheim. The suite for families includes a a fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge, coffee maker, sink, microwave, silverware, and glasses. Each suite provides two showers and a tub in the two bathrooms. A pull sofa bed is also included in each suite.

You can select one bedroom suites or two bedroom suites at Cambria. Each room type also has ADA accessible options. You can watch fireworks from the hotel, watch a movie on the outdoor screen, or hang out around the fire pits in the evening. This is a great option for families!

The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is a newer Marriott property close to the Disney parks. The standard rooms and suites are quite large and the hotel features two pools. You can catch the fireworks at night from the rooftop and the grown ups will enjoy some adult beverages from the hotel bar.

The suites offer bunk beds in a variety of room type combinations. You can reserve a room with bunk beds in a suite with a king bed or two queens. Each room includes free WiFi and a mini-fridge in the room.

Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Resort Convention Center

Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Resort Convention Center is another Marriott property near Disneyland. This lovely Courtyard is located right on Harbor Boulevard and features suites with bunk beds, pull out couches, and separate bedrooms. Enjoy the fitness center, the pool and an on-site Starbucks while you are there!

The bunk bed rooms are in the two bedroom suites with a french door separating the bedrooms. You can select a king bed or two queens in the main bedroom area. The twin bunks and sofa bed are located in the living area, giving families plenty of room to spread out!

Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Theme Park Entrance

The Courtyard by Marriott Anaheim Theme Park Entrance is another great family option and features a great water park that your kids will love! There is a children’s pool with beach-style entry, water slides, a drench bucket, and fountains. There is also a heated outdoor pool along with a whirlpool. Be sure to plan a pool day along with the parks, if you plan to stay here!

As with the last hotel, you can select the one bedroom suite option with a king or two queen size beds with a separate room for the twin sized bunk beds. Families can dine in the Bistro area or grab some snacks in the Market. A Starbucks is also in the hotel for those caffeine cravings.

Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel and Water Playground

The HoJo is a classic choice for families right across from Disneyland Resort. The property is on 7 acres with 296 rooms including family suite options and a fantastic water playground called Castaway Cove! The pirate-themed water park includes a 30-foot pirate ship, water canon, and drench bucket.

You can find bunk rooms in the deluxe and premium rooms. The bunks fit kids five feet and under! The garden pool is a great place to relax after a day at the parks!
