If you are looking for an easy recipe for simple slow cooker Greek chicken wraps, this is it! Slow cooked chicken with salt, pepper and chicken broth, combined with feta, cucumber, and creamy tzatziki sauce on warm pita bread or pita pockets…our favorite way to serve them! You can easily serve them with a side of Greek salad, Kalamata olives, and red bell peppers for the whole family to enjoy. If you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, you will love this take on chicken souvlaki and want to add it to your crock pot recipes rotation.

What are the ingredients for Slow Cooker Greek Chicken?
I grabbed all of the ingredients from Costco this week for slow cooker Greek Chicken. All you will need is:
- boneless and skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders (skinless chicken thighs will also work)
- salt and pepper (can also sub lemon pepper)
- chicken broth
- English Cucumber
- feta cheese
- chicken broth
- Tzatziki sauce
- Naan bread, pita bread or pita pockets

How you prep Slow Cooker Greek Chicken wraps?
All you need to do for prep is put the chicken in your slow cooker with salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of chicken broth. For this recipe, I used two packages of the chicken breasts from Costco which equals four total chicken breasts. Simply sprinkle with pepper and salt and add chicken broth. Set your larger crock pot on high for four hours. (I did use a crock pot liner this time because I love the easy clean up. Of course, you can always just use a cooking spray if you don’t want to use the liners.)
You can also use your Instant Pot instead of the slow cooker to prep your chicken. The chicken cooks in about 25-30 minutes in the Instant Pot. Check your Instant Pot for further directions.

Shred chicken. Dice cucumber. Remove chicken from slow cooker with a slotted spoon and spoon chicken into a large bowl. Add cucumber, feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, and more salt and pepper, if desired. You can also add great additions like diced red onions, olives, and homemade Greek seasoning, if you desire. Depends on if you have picky eaters like mine!
Toast naan bread. Add chicken mixture to naan bread, and dinner is served!

What sides are best?
We love to have our Greek chicken wraps with roasted potatoes and a side salad or a green veggie like broccoli and asparagus. Our children enjoy fresh vegetables like red bell pepper slices or carrot sticks and warm pita bread with their servings.

Can you save some Greek chicken for leftovers?
Greek chicken makes AMAZING leftovers! So good! In fact, the leftovers may be even better as the flavors deepen. You may just want to toast your Naan bread until right before you are ready to eat.

Could you add more toppings?
Yes! You could definitely add more toppings. If your family likes hummus, that would be delicious spread on the bread. You could also add some chopped red onion and tomatoes. A little lemon juice and oregano could also be a great addition to your chicken mixture to punch up the flavor.

Will my kids eat it?
Well, that my friend, depends on your kids, but 75% of mine do, so that’s a win! I still have a picky seven year old who prefers a peanut butter sandwich or a bowl of cereal to pretty much anything, but the rest gobble it down. Even the toddler! Mom wins!
