Are you heading to Walt Disney World soon and wondering where to find Mulan? Mulan is a beautiful princess, reflecting her Chinese culture and one of the first woman warrior characters in the Disney parks. Though there is no Mulan ride in the Disney princesses line up, you can certainly find her in the Disney theme parks in Orlando, Florida. Keep reading to find out more!

Where can you find Mulan in the Magic Kingdom?

If you are visiting Disney characters in Magic Kingdom Park, which is the best place to find most of the Disney princesses, be sure to look for the character cavalcades! The Royal Princess Processional occurs throughout the day at the Magic Kingdom. It runs down Main Street, USA.

You will hear the parade coming when the music changes in the park. Be sure to make your way to the street to see Moana, Mulan, Snow White, Cinderella, Ariel and more! Many of face character princess sightings take place during these fantastic mini-parades.

Be sure to ask a cast member or check your My Disney Experience for the most updated character meet times and opportunities to visit the princesses during the day of your visit to the Magic Kingdom.

Is Mulan in Epcot?

Yes! The only place to have a face to face meeting with Mulan is in Disney’s Epcot. This beautiful hero of China meets daily in the China pavilion. Typically, you will discover her on the walkway to the right of the Temple of Heaven.

Check the My Disney Experience app or the times guide for the most updated times for meeting Mulan. Meeting the Disney characters can take a bit of time, so consider getting line early to avoid waiting a long time.

Mulan’s meet and greet area in the Chinese pavilion can be in the sun, so bring along an umbrella or at least a fan to keep yourself cool. As usual, wear sunscreen in the parks and drink your water!

What can I talk with Mulan about while visiting her?

If it is your first time interacting with Disney face characters or you are visiting with little ones, you may want to think of some questions for him/her. The Disney characters stay in character, so whether you are chatting with this beautiful Chinese princess or Peter Pan, at the Pocahontas meet and greet, or talking to Merida, you will want to have some questions in mind.

Here are a few you could ask Mulan:

  • Do you still enjoy martial arts?
  • Which is the favorite of your great adventures?
  • Do you have any tips for taking care of a water garden?
  • What do you know about ancient China?
  • What was the favorite part of your father’s place?
  • What is your favorite food?

What should I take with me to meet Mulan?

Be sure to pack an autograph book and a clickable pen or Sharpie when you meet Mulan and the other Disney characters. Last summer, we were visiting princesses at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Princess Fairytale Hall when a huge rainstorm hit. I was grateful to have a Ziploc bag to throw the kids’ autographs books in to keep them dry!

You can purchase autograph books in several different ways. Order from the Disney Store or Amazon ahead of your trip for the cheapest prices. If you forget, don’t worry. You can always grab one on your first day from any Walt Disney World Resort gift shop (I really love the ones at the Art of Animation Resort).

All of the parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, will have some great options as well. Disney Springs World of Disney store has some cute autograph books too!

Where else can I meet Mulan?

Disney Cruise Line

If you are looking for different ways to meet characters, another great option is going on a cruise with Disney Cruise Line. With character meet and greets returning to normal, it is a fantastic way for your little ones to get up close with the princesses, along with the Fab Five.

Last year, one of my favorite interactions was Mulan with our three year old near the Walt Disney Theatre. She took the time to stop and chat with my little one. Our toddler was completely enamored!

All of the Disney characters have daily meet and greet times, participate in dinners and shows, and wander the ships quite frequently. If you have a character lover in your family, consider a vacation on Disney Cruise Line!

Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend

Another great option for princess lovers is to participate in Disney’s Princess Half Marathon Weekend! You can choose to run in a 5K, 10K, or half marathon and the princesses are out in full force! The marathon is held every spring and extremely popular with RunDisney event participants.
